CMF BCSPL Intake Teams Find Success in the USA

CMFSC U13 Intake BCSPL Teams Start Summer on a High Note
The CMF U13 intake SPL boys team travelled to Seattle for the Starfire Spring Classic from June 15-17, 2018. They competed against American competition as well as other BCSPL intake teams. The boys finished with the most points in group play before defeating the Coastal FC Intakes in the final match. They completed the tournament with a record of 4-0-0. The CMF U13 intake SPL girls competed in the Bellingham Baker Blast from June 22-24, 2018. The team also finished in first place on points after group
play. In the final match, the girls won 2-1 against a physical premier team from Washington State. Their record to end the weekend was 5-0-0. To learn

Head Coach Dante Marconato is very proud of the progress both groups have made during this initial phase. The intakes
are looking forward to entering the BCSPL Phase 2 league play in September.
