Staff Coaches
CMFSC Staff Coaches are responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and fostering player development in alignment with the club’s philosophy and Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) principles.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions
- Create a positive, inclusive, and development-focused environment
- Support player growth both on and off the field
- Collaborate with club technical staff and fellow coaches
- Participate in coach education and professional development opportunities

Volunteer Coaches
Volunteer coaches are an essential part of our club and play a significant role in supporting teams at various age groups and levels. No prior coaching experience is required—just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to creating a fun and safe environment for players.
