Sponsor Spotlight | The Today Team

Posted on: June 25, 2018

Christopher Sheppard was born and raised in the Tri-Cities, and is a happily married father to three wonderful daughters, all who have experienced the best of the Tri-City schools and extra curricular programs the area has to offer. Including playing in the Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club.

Chris has been involved with the Club since 1996, starting as a coach and along the way he has acted as a manager, director, and for the past several years, a proud sponsor. He has enjoyed watching the Club evolve and grow into one of the most respected soccer clubs in Canada. Along with his passion for soccer, he has a passion for real estate and helping clients find their dream home with The Today Team

As one of the Tri-Cities top selling real estate agents for the past 20 years, Chris achieved the National Chairman's Club Status, the top honour for Royal Le Page Canada. Since 1993, The Today Team has sold thousands of homes and has assisted thousands of clients with buying their dream home. Clients specifically choose to work with Chris because of his extensive experience and knowledge of the local real estate market. Chris prides himself on providing precise market trend reports, comparable sales, and property values to his clients. He wants them to have a clear understanding of what they can expect and achieve in today's market. His strong base of loyal and repeat customers is the reason Chris has been so successful in this competitive housing market for the past 28 years.

Being actively involved in the community by coaching soccer, supporting local charities and events is what makes Christ the go-to guy. Quite simply, he is trusted. His many years coaching, managing and sponsoring CMFSC events has been a source of pride for Chris. Each season he looks forward to watching young players develop into successful individuals - exactly what sport is all about.

Organizations like CMFSC are what make a community strong - where young people can learn, grow, and compete. Chris is thankful to the Club and the people he has met along the way as his own family benefited from the love of soccer. When he is not selling houses, or welcoming a new family to the neighbourhood; you can find Chris standing on the sidelines (usually in the rain) cheering on his favourite team.

Should you have any questions about soccer, real estate or who the best landscaper is - call Chris! He knows everybody and is happy to lend a hand.
