CMFSC Welcome Rosemary Hagiwara to the Board of Directors

At this past CMFSC Annual General Meeting on Monday, May 28th, 2018, Rosemary Hagiwara was elected as a Director for a 1 year term*. 

Rosemary Hagiwara spent her childhood in Coquitlam and eventually moved back in 2008 with her family, when her daughter came a CMFSC player. Both of her children are still playing for the Club. As a volunteer, Rosemary stepped up in 2015 as the 2005 Age Group Coordinator. This role required strong organizational and people skills in managing a large age group effectively. Currently, she has transitioned her role to the team manager for the U13 Boys BCSPL team.  

She is excited to witness the undertaking of the Club's ambitious 2016-2020 Strategic Plan and the positive impact it is already having the Club and its members. As a Director, Rosemary is looking forward to contributing her time, skills, and experience in making an impact and giving back to both the Club and the community. 

Rosemary had to say about CMFSC, "I often hear positive comments from parents outside the Club and it makes me proud to be part of CMFSC. Where is CMFSC is today is because of its amazing staff and countless number of dedicated volunteers who share a common passion - soccer!"

*After the change in fiscal year at last SGM, AGM's will move to February. Consequently, 1-year and existing terms will expire at next AGM in February 2019 and 2-year terms will expire in February 2020 after moving to fiscal year based calendar.
