COQUITLAM METRO-FORD SOCCER CLUB CHALLENGE SERIES
The Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club is pleased to announce a Soccer Challenge Series for all U8 – U18 Teams. Each week, teams will be provided a challenge to complete. Let players know about each challenge prior to the week so that they can practice at home each skill.
WEEK 2 - JUGGLING
What is juggling? Juggling is the act of keeping a soccer ball up in the air with your feet, thighs, chest, and head. During team practice, coaches are to gather their players in a controlled area and conduct a juggling competition. The coach can determine if players are to go one at a time and the coach counts or if each player is responsible for counting their own total. The ball cannot touch the ground or their hands between juggles. Players are to count how many juggles they get in a row. The player with the highest number of juggles is determined the winner. If two players record the same highest score, then they will each have one more time to juggle until one player has more than the other.
