CMF Challenge Series - Driving Range

COQUITLAM METRO-FORD SOCCER CLUB CHALLENGE SERIES
The Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club is pleased to announce a Soccer Challenge Series for all U8 – U18 Teams. Each week, teams will be provided a challenge to complete. Let players know about each challenge prior to the week so that they can practice at home each skill.
WEEK 3 - DRIVING RANGE
The goal of this challenge is to drive the soccer ball into the net without the ball hitting the ground.
Teams will need a goal/net for this challenge. Depending on the team age/level, the coach will identify the first spot for each player to take a shot on goal from. The ball MUST hit the net. It cannot bounce before hitting the net. Players that hit the net, move onto the next round. Players that miss the goal, hit the ground, or go over the goal, are eliminated from the challenge. Each round, the coach may choose to increase the distance from the goal. *Teams that this might be too easy for can use the same framework, but instead of hitting the net, players must hit the CROSSBAR.
