CMF 2006 BCSPL Boys Win League Cup Championships 2019

After hard fought victories in their quarter final vs TOFC (1-0) and semi-final vs SUSC (2-1 (3-0 pk’s)) the  U13 CMF boys earned a spot in the final vs Mountain FC on Nov 16th, 2019 - a rematch of the June cup play teams where CMF did not get a result…that time.

This past Saturday’s team effort was outstanding from the starting 11 and the supporting sub players. Contributions from all. After a strong start to the game by CMF, their opponents scored the opening goal against the run of play. 0-1 at the half but momentum stayed with CMF.

Some strategic position changes and encouragement from Coach Dante at half time refocused his team and the boys rallied to create numerous chances and were rewarded with 3 high quality goals.

The final whistle blew and CMF 2006 boys earned the 3-2 victory.
