Summer Camp Frequently Asked Questions

All activities will correspond with ViaSport, BC Soccer, and Canada Soccer Return to Play guidelines. If there are changes in the PHO orders before or during Summer Camp, then the curriculum will be adjusted to be compliant with that order. Restrictions may include physically distanced activities (2m - 3m), no spectators, no contact activities, cohort groupings, etc. Players not following set out restrictions may be removed from the program. Families should carefully review the Club Return to Play & Safety Guide before registering.

A parent or guardian is to create an account on our registration system Power Up then add their children as family members. Once all family members have been added, all the programs applicable to each player's birth year will be available in the Registration Centre. Click here to view our REGISTRATION GUIDE.

Along with a smile and a positive attitude, players should come SOCCER READY! This means players should wear comfortable athletic clothing that is appropriate for the weather (t-shirt, shorts, rain jacket, etc) and players should be wearing soccer cleats, shinguards, and soccer socks. Players will also need to bring ample water, sunscreen, hand-sanitizer, and a mask. We recommend players have a bag to carry all of their personal items and equipment.

Members wanting to cancel are to contact Club Administrator. Many programs sell-out, so we appreciate as much notice as possible so that we can potentially offer the space to someone else. Refunds will be provided subject to a $10 administration fee and pro-rated on number of sessions attended.

Camp groups are based on birth year and general ability. We will do our best to accommodate requests for groups, but cannot promise anything. Any requests to be paired with other players should be noted in the comments section of the player questionnaire during the registration process.

Members wanting to transfer to a different week of camp are to contact Member Services.

The U5 camp is PARENT SUPERVISION. A parent or guardian is required to remain at the field and be available if need be for camp.

The Summer Camp sessions will run rain or shine and will only be cancelled in severe weather conditions or environmental disruptions like air quality. If this is the case you will be notified via email of any cancellations and we will do everything possible to make the cancelled sessions up. The club will not be responsible for refunds if we are unable to reschedule these missed sessions due to these issues.

Camp spaces are limited and will sell-out. If a camp is sold-out, it will be noted on Power Up. You will have the option to register for the waitlist. No fees will be charged until a space opens up and then payment will be due. We will do our best to accommodate all waitlisted players.
