Sport Med BC will be hosting a free workshop on Wednesday, July 8th from 7:00pm - 9:00 pm
Sport Concussion Management Description:
Join us for a live Zoom conference to learn about Sport Concussion Management. A Certified Athletic Therapist will lead participants through best practices for understanding brain injury, sport risk factors, prevention techniques and concussion management guidelines. Participants will review on-field assessment techniques, the use of the Concussion Recognition Tool 5, SCAT5 Tool and learn about return to sport protocols. Ask sport specific questions during the question and answer period.
