AGM - Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club (CMFSC) will hold their Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 @ 8:00 p.m. at Northview Room – Dogwood Pavilion – 1655 Winslow Ave., Coquitlam. 

The following Board members are completing existing terms:

Vice President	Joe Basic	Election	2 years
Treasurer	Scott Coulter	Election	2 years

The following positions will be up for election:

President	2 years
Secretary	2 years
Director(s)	1 years

Per our Constitution, there will be no nominations accepted from the floor.  Notice of nomination for the above noted positions must be sent to the Elections Officer by email to memberservices@cmfsc.ca before Noon (12:00pm) on Friday, March 29, 2019.Please put the following in the subject line of the email – “Soccer:  CMFSC AGM”. 

Please note that you are able to nominate yourself.  If you do not have access to email, please drop off your nomination by the deadline to Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club AGM, Unit 301 – 3007 Glen Drive, #27, Coquitlam, BC, V3B 0L8 by the aforementioned deadline.  You will receive confirmation that your nomination has been received. Nominations received after 12:00 pm on Monday, March 25, 2019 will not be eligible.
