Coach Recruitment Session

CMFSC invites aspiring and more experienced coaches to take part in our upcoming Coach Recruitment Session—a hands-on opportunity to showcase your abilities, gain valuable feedback, and explore future coaching roles within our club. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take the next step in your coaching journey, this session offers a supportive environment to grow and connect with our experienced staff. Join us on Thursday, June 26th at Town Centre Park and take the first step toward becoming part of the CMFSC coaching team.

Session Overview

This recruitment session is designed to identify and develop coaching talent within our community. It provides aspiring coaches with the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, receive feedback, and potentially join CMFSC in a volunteer or paid coaching role.

Session Details

• Duration: 2.5hours 
• Format: Registered coaches will run CMFSC curriculum-based activities with groups from the Fundamentals, Learn to Train (L2T), and Soccer for Life (S4L) age categories. 
• Group Size: Maximum 14coaches per group. (Coach participation) 
• Oversight: Each group will be supervised and evaluated by CMFSC senior staff 
• Feedback: Coaches will receive both verbal and written feedback from senior staff 
• Participants must be born in 2009+.  

Session Outcomes

• Consideration for volunteer, hourly, or part-time coaching roles 
• Valuable coaching development experience 
• Opportunity for junior coaches to work directly with experienced CMFSC staff on-field
