Emergency Action Plans
Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club (CMFSC) has created a club-wide Emergency Action Plan to provide teams with essential information to help respond quickly and effectively in the event of an emergency.
The plan includes the address of each field location, the location of the nearest AED, and the nearest hospital or emergency medical facility. All team officials should familiarize themselves with the Emergency Action Plan for their field location before participating in club activities.
Each team is responsible for identifying a Charge Person and a Call Person before practices and games. The Charge Person is responsible for attending to the injured or ill individual and coordinating the immediate response, while the Call Person is responsible for contacting 911 and directing emergency responders to the field.
